Not much going on around here lately. We had a family wii tournament on Friday night. The kids had a blast and so did the adults!! Nathan can't get the bowling down on the wii yet, and it is driving him crazy (and us too). So, today I went a bought him a plastic bowling set at Toys R Us. He is in love!! I'm not kidding when I say that he has literally been playing with it for 3 hours. We got our moneys worth out of this toy plus some!! He's trying to set the bowling pins up right now as we speak. Lexy is watching Tom and Jerry, one of her favorites. She bowled a couple times but got bored pretty quickly.
We should have an easy week, maybe set up some playdates if the weather doesn't get too bad. It is snowing today, and it looks really pretty (pretty b/c I'm not out in it)! Gotta go, just wanted to check in and I'll try to post some new pictures in the next couple days.

Riley

Lexy went to Riley yesterday for her oncology checkup. Everything went great, her ANC was low but he said she's probably fighting off some kind of viral thingy. All the other counts looked great, so we don't have to go back for 3 whole months!!! YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The kids did great, I was worried taking all three of them b/c sometimes (all the time) we have to wait forever to get a room. Luckily the kids still did great and we only waited an hour to get a room. Mom and I commented yesterday that even though she doesn't get chemo anymore, we are still there the same amount of time. It's sad because that just means there is so many kids out there fighting some type of cancer. There's one little boy I see every time I go there, and I don't go there that often so you know he is really got it bad. I pray for him and all of those poor little children that they find their cure. There's teenagers up there, babies, toddlers, kids with hair, kids with wigs, kids that are bald, it really is a wake up call!!! Lexy has been off chemo for a year now, and is doing wonderful and I just thank God everyday that she has been so healthy and been able to beat her leukemia.
On a lighter note, we went to Kate and Lily's 2nd birthday party on Sunday. The kids really enjoyed themselves and had a great time. My brother's kids are basically the same ages as my kids so it's really nice to get them together to play. Camryn slept through the party, but we told her all about it when she woke up :-)!!!!
All the kids got new shoes yesterday. Lexy had grown almost 2 sizes and Nathan one size, so they were in need!! They are both excited to wear them today!! Lexy has worn the same size since last winter!!
Lexy has been doing great at school. She still basically just tells me about lunch and the bus (must be her two favorite subjects!). Nathan is doing great, he had the touch of the flu the past couple days but seems to be better today. Camryn is growing each day and sleeping more every night. Last night she slept from 10-3:30 and then went right back to sleep and woke up at 6. Can't ask for much more than that. She has a cranky period every night from about 8-10 where she cries and screams but other than that she is a very happy baby.
I'll leave you with some pictures. Liz

"Hey Lexy do you want to watch a movie in my room?" said Nathan.
"Sure bud, what movie?" replied Lexy.
"Buzz Year" said Nathan.
And off they ran to watch Toy Story 2 and eat doritos!!

I love it when they get along!!! Liz

Happy New Years!!

We have no plans for ringing in the New Year, probably just stay home and play with the kids. I haven't stayed up for midnight in a long time, but I bet Camryn will be up to watch the ball drop this year!! She actually is doing great in the sleep department, sleeping up to 4 hours at a time. Couldn't ask for much more!! The kids still are enjoying her, and really showing no signs of jealousy what so ever. Nathan has adjusted so well, and I knew Lexy would be fine. It really has been a pretty easy transition for all of us. The only thing I'm missing is the freedom to go places, but we just can't risk it with the baby. Maybe in a few weeks we will adventure out to the mall or something (hopefully)!!
Lexy and Nathan are still enjoying all of their new toys. Lexy got a pretend microwave oven that seems to be a major hit with both of them and the got the game Elefun and they would play that came forever. They love it, so if you have little ones I highly recommend it!!
Well off to do more laundry (which never seems to end)! Enjoy your evening and be safe! Liz

Merry Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas! Nathan keeps asking why Christmas is over!! His favorites are his tools and his "shoot gun". Lexy loves her new Elmo and her Baby Alive. Here's some pictures of Christmas Eve and Christmas day.

Everyone at the Fields' house has a cold except me. I don't know how I possibly have avoided it, but I have. Even little Camryn has the sniffles, and I'm trying not to panic about that one. She has her first dr visit on Monday, so I'll be sure and have them check her out really good. I just held her all night last night, so that she would be upright and breath a little better.
Other than colds, we are all adjusting well to having a new member of the family. The kids are still pretty excited about her, and ask to hold her constantly. Kisses and hugs are endless from both of them (hence the cold). Daddy went back to work this work and I'm sure is looking forward to the weekend. I'm doing fine, I have always recovered pretty quickly after my c-sections. Other than lack of sleep, I can't complain.
Well Camryn just woke up, gotta go!! Liz
