Brrr.cold!!

Sure is cold outside!! I am enjoying the change in clothes, it's always nice to have a new wardrobe for the kids!!
I think we are going trick or treating on Thursday. Nathan is very excited, he is practicing all the time! Lexy is more excited this year than any other year too. I'm not sure if it's the age, Nathan, or all of the Halloween cartoons we've been watching (probably a combination of all). We don't go to too many houses, just family but it still takes up most of the evening. I'm sure I'll have lots of cute pictures to share!!
Lexy only has school on Monday next week because of parent/teacher conferences. I'm looking forward to meeting with her teacher and see how she is doing. I kind of feel in the dark when it comes to what/how she's doing but I guess that's how it is once they get older and in school. It'll be an interesting week having both kids, hopefully they'll be a couple warm days that we can get outside and play.
Nathan went bowling this past weekend with his Daddy and had a great time. It doesn't really surprise me b/c he loves hanging with his Daddy and he loves playing with balls. Jason said he was just adorable. He'd roll the ball down the lane and then get on his belly and watch it roll all the way down and then scoot back on his belly to the carpet and give everyone a high five. Quite the character!!
Well gotta go, Lexy wants my attention. The pictures are from Nathan at JcPenny's last week. Thought I'd share a few cute ones (they were all cute!!).

Camryn's First Pictures

Just wanted to quickly let everyone know that the 4D sonogram looked great. Camryn weighs 3lbs 12oz. She didn't really want us to take pictures of her, she basically covered her face the whole time with her tiny little hand but we did manage to get a couple cute pictures. Thought I'd share them with you.

Hello! Everyone is doing great around here. LExy just left for school, but not before she polished off a small fry from McD's. Her favorite!! She was eating them up to the point of the bus pulling up!!! Her physical therapist told me she kept showing her belly to her this morning and saying she was hungry. Imagine that, Lexy hungry!!
Nathan is staying at Mi Mi's house tonight, so I'm so looking forward to a good night off sleep. I guess he's preparing me for the baby, b/c the child just isn't a very good sleeper!! He'll be excited to go to Mi Mi's, because it's usually his sis that goes.
Well better go and get some laundry done. I have a 4D sonogram today, so maybe I'll get to share some cool pictures with you soon!! Let's hope she's still a girl!!

Pumpkin Patch

Hello! Lexy had a wonderful time at Pumpkin Works today with Karley. I thought I'd share some pictures of the girls. We went out for lunch at the Cracker Barrel and headed out to the pumpkin patch.
Today is the last day of fall break and Lexy was asking this afternoon about school. I think she is ready to get back to her classroom! I know Nathan is constantly asking where Lexy's bus is at. I don't know whether he misses seeing the bus or wants his Sissy gone for the afternoon (probably a little bit of both!).
I have my Dr appointment tomorrow and a 4D sonogram on Friday. I'll be sure and share pictures!!! Liz

Fowler Park

Just wanted to share a few pictures from yesterday. The kids had a great time!

Lexy's appointment went great on Monday. Her Dr said she looked great and is doing great (counts were awesome too)!! We go back in 8 weeks. YIPEE!!!
Lexy starts fall break tomorrow. She has Friday and Monday off. I think both days we are going to get out with friends and find something outside to do. It is so nice and I'm loving it!! Monday I know we are definatly going out to a pumpkin patch with Lexy's friend Karley. I ought to have some really cute pictures after that playdate!! Jason and I are going to the Covered Bridge Festival this weekend too, and it is always my favorite fall activity to do!!
I'll share lots of pictures next week!!

Hello! I guess my thoughts on fall weather provoked some cooler weather, because it hasn't even reached 70 this week. It looks like this weekend and next week will be perfect!!
Lexy has had a great week at school. She brought in snack this week for the class, and we decided on Halloween fruit snacks and sliced apples with carmel dip. YUMMY!! She's been enjoying eating at school, but whether she really eats or not, I'm not sure. I'll be asking her teacher at her conference. If there is at least one thing on the school lunch that she'll eat, I usually have her just go ahead and eat school lunch. Of course Pizza day seems to be the biggest hit for her and luckily for her that comes weekly. Her bus driver tells me that Lexy sits with a little girl from her class named Katlyn and that they've really become close buddies. She says there like two little old ladies when Katlyn gets on the bus, because they talk non stop all the way to school. She says it's hilarious!
Nathan has had a good week too. He went a couple days without napping in the afternoon, but it really didn't help him sleep any better at night, so I think we are going to go back to naps. We were both able to lay down today for about an hour before Lexy got home, which is always nice. He went a played at his Mi Mi's house yesterday with Amelia and had a lot of fun. They both love hide and seek, so I think they played that most of the time!! Nathan talks the whole time his "hiding", so he really isn't very good at the game yet, but as much as he does it, he'll be a pro soon. He is in love with candy corn, which I like too b/c it isn't messy. The other day I asked him where his ball went and he replied "I don't know Mommy, it's got to be somewhere!" I thought that was pretty darn cute response!! He's vocabulary makes for some quite interesting conversations between him and Lexy. I so love listening to them when they think I can't hear, too adorable!!
Lexy has her oncology appointment Monday. Should be short and simple and hopefully we can hit Target on the way home. She also has fall break next Friday and Monday. Not sure of any plans yet, maybe the local pumpkin patch with a friend.
